Q: Are B-Stock Items Brand New?
A: No, B-Stock items are not brand new. The products are either ex-demo, ex-repair, customer returns or discontinued. B-Stock products are not second-hand and come with a 3 month warranty. The selling price includes VAT.

Q: Can I buy B-Stock via telephone mail-order or in-store?
A: No, B-Stock products are only available to purchase online.

Q: Do you supply B-Stock outside of the UK?
A: No, B-Stock will only be sold to UK mainland customers and is subject to our standard delivery charges.
