Review:
Good little controller for the price. Surprisingly sturdy. Every switch, button, slider etc is assignable to a CC value or note value. I'm using it as a CC input device for sample library control.

Pros All the above

Cons Korg software drivers. You'd think that in 2016 Korg could make a driver that would play nicely with other MIDI drivers on a machine? I'm using W7 x64 and despite latest drivers the nanoKontrol is unable to communicate with it's Software Editor (where you setup Scenes and button assignments) *unless my DAW is closed*.

The Korg forums are full of people with the same issues on Win8 & 10. It's an annoyance but once the nano has your Scene data it remembers it, so thankfully I don't have to do this dance very often. Had a PadKontrol about ten years ago and had the same issues (on XP). Can't Korg find any decent software engineers???

One star off for the dodgy software integration else it's a great buy.
