Pros: +
- Out-of-the-box Linux support thanks to being standards-compliant with USB audio specs- Excellent low-latency response in conjunction with the usual Linux pro-audio set-up (rt kernel, jack, ardour, all the usual tweaks)

Cons: -
- I'm paying for bundled software I don't want

Pros: +
usb interface with adat

Cons: -
crackles and pops on recording no matter what asio buffer set to.Tried it with Samplitude pro x suite and Pro tools 10 ,AND STILL CRACKLING......Its a pity, because it seems well built and sturdy.I also took it to my friend who tried it thru his £3000 mac and still crackling and popping..even when playing back an imported midi file.
