The FireStudio Project is very easy to set-up and use for professional quality computer recording. It provides the hardware interface required to record instruments and vocals directly to your digital audio workstation (DAW), and all that is needed is a computer with a FireWire connection. The FireStudio project comes complete with eight high-quality PreSonus X-MAX microphone preamps, S/PDIF and MIDI input and outputs, reliable drivers and the option of expansion. A zero-latency matrix router mixer means up to 5 individual mixes can be sent to musicians during recording so that custom mixes can be sent to band members. The included PreSonus ProPak software suite with Cubase LE4 features over 2 GB of plug-ins, drums loops and samples gives users an easy to use DAW with plenty of creative resources needed for professional music recording and production.
