The Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S4 is a fully integrated hardware and software digital DJ performance system needing nothing other than a laptop and the DJ's MP3 collection to really 'get the party started'. It features a built-in 24bit/96Khz soundcard, a premium quality four deck mixer, two touch sensitive platters, two dedicated FX control areas and is available with its own optional flight case, which doubles up as a laptop stand whilst raising the S4 to mixer height too.
The Kontrol S4 unit and included Traktor S4 software work harmoniously to provide instant plug 'n play capability with no complicated driver set-up or control mappings to be carried out. The hardware brings full control of every aspect of the software GUI using ultra high resolution USB communication. Part of the new, exciting hardware is the pair of FX units which have dedicated knobs focused on each of the individual software effects parameters.
