The Sonic Reality Ocean Way Drums DL Edition is a 24bit/48k EXPANDABLE format that delivers "record quality" stereo mixes for each instrument within the drum kit. We select 3 pre sets (Dry, Medium, Ambient ) from our award winning multichannel editions, and then mix each instrument's sound sources so you are always assured of perfectly balanced stereo images. And just like our multichannel editions, you can mix and match each individual drum and cymbal to create your own personalized kits.
Each DL Kit comes in 3 pre set versions - Dry, Medium, Ambient. These versions provide instant sonic gratification and are taken directly from the pre sets available on our Multichannel (Platinum, Gold and Silver) Editions.
Ocean Way Drums DL comes with five kits (Kits 2, 4, 10, 13, and 16). It also includes a FREE Download Card redeemable for 2 additional DL Kits or 1 Multichannel Kit.
And because it is completely EXPANDABLE - You can create your own Custom collection of both DL and Multichannel Kits to fit your specific needs. All Kits and individual Instruments are available ala carte at downloadablesoundz.com.
On each instrument within DL Kits, you can adjust VOLUME, PAN (instruments are already pre panned in their "true" stereo position, but you can further adjust if you need to), VELOCITY (you can optimize the performance capabilities of your specific MIDI keyboard), and ENVELOPE (attack and release). You can also switch between IMAP (our proprietary keyboard map) and GM (if you choose to program in this mode or playback existing standard MIDI files).
