The hand-spun kettles are made of aluminium with a surprisingly big sound from such lightweight instruments. The legs are sturdy and the pedal mechanism features a quiet smooth action making the TP3100E easy to tune. In addition, the aluminium kettles are completely recyclable on these environmentally friendly timpani.
