The smooth, extra thin, U-shaped mahogany-maple Thru-Body neck with rosewood fingerboard on a merbau body, plays well and feels solid. Other D5 features include offset abalone dot inlays, 24 xtra jumbo frets, Grover tuners and an ESP BB-605 w/ String-Thru-Body bridge that helps deliver plenty of sustain.
