The ESP Guitars HORIZON I is a professional, hard-rocking, solid body electric guitar with a classic body style for supreme playability. The ESP Original Series Horizon-I BK is loaded with a Seymour Duncan SH-1 Hot Rails pickup at the neck. The SH-1's powerful coil windings give you incredible sustain and a fat, full sound that's needed for playing heavier rock music. A powerful Seymour Duncan TB-6 Duncan Distortion pickup at the bridge position gives you high output while retaining clarity. A massive ceramic magnet and hot symmetrical coils deliver tremendous power and raw distorted rock sounds. Hot and bright with harmonics galore. A high output pickup combination. The ultra comfortable, bound, Thru-Body maple neck with ebony fingerboard on an alder body provides excellent resonance and sustain. The ESP Original Series Horizon-I BK has a 25.5 inch scale for easy note bending and the upper frets are easily reached with the classic double cutaway design. The fingerboard has eyecatching Offset Pearl Blocks inlays whilst Gotoh Tuners and an Original Floyd Rose Tremolo ensure wild creativity with reliable, long term tuning across the note range.
