The Kinman AVn-62 Mk-III Single Pickup is a different pickup altogether to the AVn-62 Mk-I, and used only in the bridge position of the Traditional Mk-III set. It features a special magnet stagger that is necessary only for the bridge position in order to keep superb string output balance and reduce any annoying 3KHz gnarl.
It features higher frequency response, lightly-aged Strat tone with increased Twang and bite. It's never harsh or brittle though. Output is quite strong.
