The Kinman Broadcaster Pickup Set (AVn-48 series) pickups have thick and focused tone with lots of drive. The uniquely complex Alnico midrange makes for superb definition, a sound with 'attitude' and plenty of output that projects effortlessly through the rest of the band without having to be too loud.
This set has prominent high end shimmer and bigger twang than the 60's Custom set. The excellent dynamic range will delight Tele players who want the distinctive punch of those rare early Broadcasters.
This set has Kinman's propriety Alnico low strength magnets, like all our Fender type pickups, so string pull is minimized, sustain is longer and there is less rattle and buzz from the strings crashing into the frets from excessive magnet pull.
