The Vintage AV4+1 5-String Bass Guitar, SUNBURST offers an ideal combination of the much-revered traditional look and feel, whilst taking into account the needs of contemporary playing styles.

The Vintage AV4+1 includes an American alder body and hard maple neck with Indian rosewood fingerboard. Also a matched, calibrated pair of Wilkinson alnico V WBJ single coil J-type pickups, rich and warm, punchy and precise, with bags of tone and power for all styles of music.

Hardware for the AV4+1 bass includes a fully-adjustable WBB steel plate bridge with vintage style brass saddles, giving superior tone transfer. Traditional-style 'open gear' tuners enable maximum tuning stability. Optimum balance is provided by the re-designed top horn, which also allows unhindered access to the upper frets.
