The VOX AC15HW1 is a hand-wired guitar amp combo using turret board circuits for a vintage VOX tone.
The VOX AC15HW1 Hand Wired relies on the painstaking technique of turret board hand-wiring – a method requiring a high level of skill and craftsmanship – to create its fantastic, authentic VOX tone.
The AC15 Hardwired features two channels - a Normal channel and a Top Boost channel. The Normal channel features a single volume control with a bright switch, while the Top Boost channel adds a 2-band EQ and a Hot/Cool switch to choose between the Top Boost channel and a bypass for a more direct valve tone.
The Master section features a Tone Cut and a Volume control, as well as a bypass switch to use the amp as an original handwired amp, which meant having to play at high volumes to achieve a higher gain sound. The output power can also be cut by half, to further enable all tones to be used at lower volumes.

- VFS1 foot-switch controls the Top Boost channel's HOT/COOL switch
