The pRP8 also contains 444 GM-GMX compatible orchestral sounds (also playable via MIDI), organized into special Presets that offer a number of exciting sound combinations. A 32-note polyphony gives you a wide freedom of expression; the vast range of reverbs and effects associated with the presets - generated by the powerful internal DSP - enrich and personalize your performances. The pRP8 features an 88-key weighted keyboard with Hammer Action that gives you the true sensation of playing an acoustic piano. The 64 internal presets let you play in Single mode (one sound), Split mode (two sounds on the keyboard divided by a split point), and Layer mode (two layered sounds).The clear panel layout features direct access buttons and controls; the built-in joystick lets you easily control the pitch and modulation of the sounds. The pRP8 includes a practical sequencer with an 8,000-event capacity, and an internal library of 96 famous pieces of piano music: two useful instruments for learning to play. The 6W + 6W stereo amplification system faithfully reproduces the internal high quality sounds. The pRP8 is fitted with a complete series of audio and MIDI connectors plus a useful headphone socket.
