The AMS NEVE STEREO 1081 MODULE was originally launched in 1972. The 1081 Channel Amplifier was originally used to provide the Mic/Line Amplifier and EQ sections in vintage Neve consoles such as the 8048. The 1081 module has since become a hugely popular design classic. In recognition of the 1081s popularity, AMS Neve has resumed production. Using many of the original components and Neve handcrafted construction processes, the 1081 delivers the signature sound of Neve. By using the 1081 Channel Amplifiers, operators are assured the highest quality signal acquisition. This versatile unit provides a wide range of control and flexibility. High and low pass filters compliment the fully featured EQ section. The unit has been designed to offer the user a flexible tool to create new sounds with full technical control.
