The AKG HPA 4000 is a headphone amplifier with inputs for up to eight SR 4000 or SR 400 receivers. It has an on/off switch, combined push/jog control, a 1/4 inch TRS jack for connecting a pair of headphones, and eight 1/4 inch jacks on the rear panel for connecting SR 4000 or SR 400 receivers using the supplied audio cables. An eight-LED bar indicates which channel is currently being monitored. A short push on the push/jog control selects the input channel to be monitored and turning the control sets the desired monitoring level. A long push mutes the headphone output. The HPA4000 is an ideal solution for monitoring multiple SR 4000 receivers in complex arrays
