EDIUS DVX hardware provides realtime, multi-track, mixed format editing, compositing, chroma keying, titling and supports real-time output of multiple video tracks, effects, and graphics and title layers.
At the heart of
EDIUS DVX is Canopus's proven proprietary DV codec chip providing the industry's best picture quality with render-free DV output.
EDIUS DVX can process up to five video layers and 30+ moving title and graphics layers in realtime from the Adobe Premiere Pro timeline. The internal video keying process is done in YUV 4:2:2, as opposed to the RGB processing found in most editing systems. This results in superior output quality and excellent keying results.
EDIUS DVX includes the industry's best DV chroma keying and realtime colour correction with vectorscope and waveform monitoring.
EDIUS DVX also features a high-quality realtime speed controller, which provides realtime speed adjustments of any value ranging from 1 to +/- 1,000%.
