The Boss RC20XL enables you to build loops and riffs that can be stacked repeatedly until the entire massive 16 minutes of recording space is full. Using the Boss RC-20XL Loop Station you can play back up to 11 loops at a time and use the undo function, auto quantize, and loop tempo without changing pitch. The RC-20XL has 11 memory tracks, in which you have the choice of storing either one-shot phrases or loop phrases. During your performance, you can switch between the tracks with an optional FS-6 Dual foot switch, or two FS-5U foot switches (momentary-type). The Undo function can be a useful and musical function for erasing your previous phrase and instantly layering a new one. After you have dazzled your crowd, now its time to bring it to an end. The RC-20XL offers three stop options for this purpose. When you hit the pedal, you can either immediately stop the playback, let the phrase play until the end, or fade it out. The Boss RC20XL has a Mic and instrument input on 1/4 inch jack, a stereo Aux input on Phono type connectors, Phrase Shift control on 1/4 inch jack TRS, Reverse control on 1/4 inch jack, Output on 1/4 inch jack and an AC Adaptor jack for the optional AC Adaptor (PSA-series). The unit is powered by 6 x AA batteries, supplied with this product.
