The EAW NT59, offering 90-degree horizontal dispersion and a 15-inch woofer, is a self-powered, bi-amplified loudspeaker. The onboard digital signal processing sets it apart: EAW's incomparable (and patented) Gunness Focusing, which generates precise, complex, filter responses that provide the linear phase response needed for transient accuracy while eliminating colouration from internal phase plug and horn mouth reflections. The result is a horn-loaded loudspeaker that has the natural, open, detailed reproduction of the best direct radiating designs. The NT59 compact enclosure with angled sides facilitates arraying and doubles as a low-profile stage monitor when placed on its side.
