DPA MPS6010

MPS6010 description:

The DPA MPS6010 is an ultra-compact portable two-channel battery supply for the DPA Miniature Microphones. The rugged plastic chassis is fitted with a belt clip and has two impedance balanced male 3-pin XLR output connectors with gold plated pins. The audio signal is routed directly to the output connectors in full bandwidth and full dynamic range. It uses one battery size 9V and has ultra-low power consumption. The DPA MPS6010 can be connected to a P48 phantom power input. The Miniature Microphones will in this case be powered via the phantom power and not use the battery. Should the phantom power fail the battery will immidiately take over without any unwanted clicks or noises.

The Miniature Power Supply is only using the battery if microphones are connected. There are minimum 150 hours of continuous use on a new 9V battery if two Miniature Microphones are connected. Twice as long if only one channel is connected use.
