The Leisure Lynx AL225 is a 6.3mm (1/4 inch) stereo jack plug to 2 x 6.3mm (1/4 inch) stereo jack sockets. A short splitter lead to enable two pairs of headphones to operate from a single output. The AL22S makes sense as it is generally acknowleged that rigid 'Y' adaptors put a strain on the output socket and that a short, flexible, lead is less likely to cause problems.
