The Gibson Thunderbird Bass Guitar delivers a thunderous output of big fat tone. The Thunderbird IV debuted in 1963 with the original Firebird guitar series. The most highly respected of all Gibson basses, the Thunderbird was reissued in 1987 with original reverse body styling and new, special-design pickups. The Gisbon Thunderbird IV Bass guitar features a mahogany wings body, nine-ply mahogany and walnut neck-through-body, rosewood 20 fret fingerboard, two new design TB Plus ceramic humbuckers, black top hat with silver insert knobs and black chrome grover tuners. The Gisbon Thunderbird IV Bass has playability and warm tone that can be used with many styles, making this an awesome all around bass. Gibson hardshell case included with this bass.
