The Ibanez AEF18E is a dreadnought cutaway with the perfect blend of tradition and technology, producing impeccable acoustic dynamics from the guitar, capturing and replicating those characteristics with incredible finesse. The AEF body is the original Ibanez AE shape, which offers a narrow, feedback resistant body for comfort, clear highs, strong midrange punch and powerful projection. A spruce top and mahogany back and sides produce the sweet tones. The onboard electronics include a B-Band UST Pickup, Ibanez SRTn Preamp and balanced 1/4 inch jack (TRS) and XLR outputs. The B-Band Under-Saddle Transducer pickup provides incredibly well-balanced and warm acoustic sound reproduction. The SRTn's notch filter-equipped feedback reduction system allows high loud sound levels on stage without any annoying squeal creeping into the mix. Adjustments are minimal - no more annoying onstage fiddling with your controls - and tuning up is a breeze thanks to the SRTn's convenient onboard tuner.
