Altiverb 6 is the Post and music production industry standard stereo convolution reverb.

Altiverb 6 uses top quality samples of real spaces to create reverb, ranging from Sydney Opera House to the cockpit of a Jumbo Jet. Altiverb 6 offers the most extensive set of parameters, it supports all professional plug-in formats including protools TDM on the Mac, parameter automation and surround. Altiverb 6 gives you a choice between iLok SmartKey or Challenge/response copy protection, it lets you sample your own spaces (currently Mac only), and Altiverb is efficient on your cpu. Altiverb 6 comes with the renowned full library of impulse responses.

Altiverb 6 XL main features include:

• TDM support, on Mac OS X Pro Tools | HD Accel DSP chips. (support for regular HD chips scheduled for a later release). TDM sample rates supported: 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz and 96 kHz
• Zero TDM latency at 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz. At 96 kHz sample rate 2 milliseconds latency (0.002 seconds or 200 samples)
• Supported sample rates for RTAS, VST, AU, MAS and Audio Suite up to and including 384 kHz
