The Apogee MINI ME FIREWIRE OPTION can carry two channels of audio from the Mini Me (not included) to a computer and back again for monitoring, at up to 24-bits/96kHz resolution. If sample rates are mismatched between the converter and computer, the unit will convert sample rates automatically. A comprehensive mono/stereo monitor section on the MiniMe allows the user to balance the direct sound being recorded with audio returned via the FireWire port.
