The Tanglewood TFCE STR DLX is a folk style electro acoustic guitar fitted with a three-band equaliser system. A cedar top delivers rich and lively tone and the folk shaped body has a narrow waist, making for a sweeter sound than its dreadnought cousin, also making it more suitable for smaller framed players. The cutaway gives playing access to the upper frets so you can reach the high notes more easily. Other TFCE-STR-dlx features include the multiple top binding, a decorated soundhole, dot position inlays, a smooth mahogany neck, an oval shaped rosewood fingerboard and bridge plus gold stepped tuning buttons. The built-in electronics give you the ability to amplify the sound to a level suitable for live performances with other instruments. The Tanglewood Equaliser/preamp gives active control over bass, middle and treble frequencies. There are also presence and volume controls to let you adjust the tone before it goes to an amplifier.
