Image Line FL Studio 8 XXL is a fully featured, open-architecture music creation and production environment for PC. No extra software is required to produce any style of music, as a complete kit of instruments and studio tools is included in the cost of the package.

With the included plugins, sounds and tools the user can create complete songs, backing tracks, loops or sizzling beats. Completed songs can be saved to WAV, MP3, OGG, MIDI, ZIP or the native project format (.FLP).

Image Line FL Studio 8 XXL includes 29 virtual synthesizers covering everything a producer can possibly need. With FL Studios newest addition, FL Synthmaker - a fully modular environment, you can now create & share your own FL instruments, effects & dashboards without the need to write basic code.

FL8 can record up to 64 simultaneous tracks. Audio tools allow the user to time-stretch, pitch-shift, beat-slice, chop, edit and creatively destruct audio. FL8 audio editing is further enhanced with Edison, a fully integrated audio editing and recording tool with spectral analysis, convolution reverb, loop-recording, loop-construction tools and more.

Image Line FL Studio 8 XXL comes with a Sample DVD including 14.000 (2.5GB) of HQ samples. FL Studio not only supports VST, DX & ReWire plugins and Image Line's own advanced FL Studio 'native plugin' architecture. Image Line FL Studio 8 XXL itself can be loaded and used as a VSTi or DXi2 instrument in a compatible host application.

FL 8 XXL comes with a Video Player application allowing you to open and play video or flash files synchronized to your song. This is a very useful tool for those who need to synchronize a soundtrack with video content.

• Windows-compatible soundcard with DirectSound drivers. ASIO drivers are required for audio recording (FL installer comes with generic Asio4All drivers)
• The faster your CPU the more channels you will be able to run simultaneously and/or the more effects you will be able to use. The more memory you have the larger the samples you will be able to load.
