The Tegeler Audio Magnetismus 2 was designed with electronic beats in mind.

The Tegeler Audio Magnetismus 2 infuses personality and life to Hip-Hop, House, Drum and Bass, Techno, and all the likes. The Magnetismus 2 works with a completely new circuit design to process audio signals – no “tube sound” or simulated “tape saturation”.

On the other hand the Magnetismus 2 is more than conventional compressor. In fact it is a frequency dependent dynamic processing unit – optimized for fast-transient signals (drums, percussion, electronic beats, synthesizer signals or similar).

The handling of the Magnetismus 2 is as simple as the effect itself is unique. The integrated, full featured compressor sets up the signal for the succeeding Magnetismus 2 stage. And this is where the magic happens: The sound gets more details and identity. With the FLUX-MODE-switch you set the basic sound character. The Intensity controller is responsible for the amount of processing. The “new” signal is much easier to handle in further processing and more powerful in the mix. And with the output controller you can readjust the level to subsequent devices.
