Review:
I was working at home when it arrived and I ended up spending the next three hours noodling away with it unawares of the passing time. Absolutely brilliant, easy to work with, love the richness of the tones and depth of bass that nearly pops out my speakers and all the variety of other tones I've managed to coax out of it so far, plus that it will do polyphonic on many settings. Even the Scatter function, which I think works best if used subtly, i.e. learn how the effect changes as you twist the knob. Same with the bit crusher ... little is better. Solid build, feels like it will last, logically laid out and very intuitive and easy to learn. I've not tried the Plug-Out aspects yet, nor integration with other kit. Only downside so far is it comes with a euro power plug, the 2 pin sort, and unlike most times no adaptor was include in the packaging. Value for money, definitely.

Review:
Brilliant synth. Sounds great in its own right and sounds a perfect recreation is the SH101. Will shortly buy the £60 SH2 plug out which also sounds fantastic. Through the years I've owned and used the SH09, SH101, MC202, TR808/909 and Jupiter 8, now I can recreate some these vintage synths easily. I have a 12u modular rack with Frequency Central System X Roland System 100 clone modules, the System 1 keeps up with this gear nicely. Buy it you'll be happy!
