For the price, it performs well. Some caveats
The fans are quite noisy - OK for music gigs but not anything quieter.
There's a little bit of yellow / blue colour fringing around the gobos; this is much worse with the prism engaged.
The manual suggests that split colours are possible but they always snap from one colour to the next. (Firmware 1.0 hopefully they might rectify that in an update)
Pan movement can be a tiny bit juddery; tilt is smoother.
The focus has a bit of a wobble as it moves, particularly at the extremes. The beam is pretty even although very slightly darker in the centre.
Overall it feels quite solid. There are no handles or pan/tilt locks so moving it around can feel a bit awkward compared to some other heads.
It doesnt generate much heat and of course unlike discharge fixtures, this is electronically dimmed so when its dimmed down, the light source is completely off. The dimmer curve is quite smooth although at 50, it looks rather brighter than half of full. Its a little bit steppy at the bottom end and does have a bit of a snap off rather than a fade right down to zero. Its better than many budget fixtures in this regard though.
All in all, I dont think theres anything out there with better features & quality for this price.
