The Beyerdynamic MCW-D 200 MCW Digital Central Control Unit for an unlimited number of wireless microphone units with or without loudspeaker and for multi-channel transmission to the microphone units.
The Beyerdynamic MCW-D 200 MCW homes an integrated diversity combiner for a maximum of 8 transceivers (smart link). As a standard up to 4 microphone units can be switched on (e.g. 3 delegates and 1 chairman) and 5 audio channels can be transmitted to the microphone units. Fully equipped up to 7 can be switched on and 8 audio channels can be transmitted to the microphone units. Depending on the configuration these 7 channels can be defined as delegate or chairman. There is a constant status inquiry, monitoring or control due to the bi-directional data connection to the microphone units. Individual microphone units can be activated via the serial interface or network connection.
The Beyerdynamic MCW-D 200 MCW Digital Central Control Unit main features include:
The complete discussion system can be switched off via a control command or by pressing the 'Stand-by' button on the front. The 8 LEDs on the front indicate the allocated transmission channels of the microphone units or the data reception. The operating mode can be selected for each microphone unit individually. In addition to the manual mode there is the Request-to-Speak mode that allows the chairman to allocate the microphone units; a separate PC or media control system is not needed. By using the automatic voice control the microphone is switched on automatically when someone speaks into it. In the PTT mode the microphone is active as long as the microphone button of the microphne unit is pressed. In the override mode a defined number of open delegate microphones is set. If this number is exceeded, the microphone that was switched on first will be switched off.
