The Apollo is a DSP plugin-powered audio interface that combines the UAD platform with high-quailty audio I/O, Firewire and Thunderbolt connection options, and near-zero latency live DSP effects routing. Soon to be available in two versions, using the UAD Duo and UAD Quad DSP formats, the Apollo offers plenty of analogue and digital connections, Firewire as standard, and an option slot for the new Thunderbolt protocol. Live DSP-powered effects can be added for monitoring or recording, adding only negligible latency to the input.
