Jackson Guitars feature an aggressive look that’s extremely popular among rock and metal guitarists. They are also famous for slender necks and elegant looks. The slender neck allows for faster playing, especially when it comes to soloing. Most Jackson guitars feature the usual pointed, roughly triangular headstock, which was originally designed by Randy Rhoads and later adapted by many guitar manufacturers. Several Jackson models however, do have a reversed pointy headstock with the tip pointing upwards. The Jackson RR24M Rhoads features a 24 fret neck-through-body construction. Jackson guitars currently make use of EMG pickups that have become their standard pickup of choice for most models.
