The companion kit to the popular V-Drums TD-4K, the TD-4KX is Roland’s most affordable all mesh head V-Drums kit to date. The new full mesh head option makes the drum kit feel just like playing drums on an acoustic drum kit.
The versatile Roland TD-4KX features patented multi-layer mesh heads for the snare and toms, providing the incredibly dynamic feel for which Roland V-Drums are famous. With new 6.5-inch PDX-6 mesh pads for the high-toms and 8-inch PDX-8 mesh pads for the snare drum and floor tom, the Roland TD-4KX drum kit provides a natural feel and expressiveness for performance or practice. It is also expandable with an optional Roland V-Pad or V-Cymbal Ride/Crash.
The Roland TD-4KX drum kit includes the TD-4 percussion sound module, which features quality drum and percussion sounds that can be easily edited for tuning and muffling, allowing the user to quickly customise their drum kits. New ambience effects that are optimised for drums have been added for a more expressive performance. The coach and quick record functions are ideal for effective drum practice, providing feedback for improving drumming technique. The MDS-4 drum stand allows flexible and solid positioning of the drum pads and places the TD-4 module in the centre for easy access.
