VOX Hand Wired Amplifier News: VOX have announced a new range of boutique retro-style amplifiers dubbed the Hand Wired series.
The Hand Wired range comprises of 15 watt, 1X12 AC15HW1 and 30 watt, 2X12 AC30HW2 combos with normal or classic “X” (Alnico Blue) speaker cabinets, and the AC30HWH Hand Wired head. There is also a V212HWX Hand Wired extension cabinet loaded with two Celestion Alnico Blue speakers. All of the VOX Hand Wired amps feature circuitry that is assembled and wired individually by skilled craftsmen, each turret board wired and soldered by hand ensuring the best and shortest signal path possible with high quality components which retain all the signal amplitude. This means that VOX Hand Wired amplifiers produce the fullest and purest tone possible. To compliment this hand-crafted quality, the range features birch-ply cabinets and classic retro design with fawn-covered vinyl.
