Access Virus TI OS 2.0.2 Fixes
Virus TI OS 2.0.2 is available for download. TIOS 2.0.2 is a
maintenance release for OS 2.0 which every Virus TI user is recommended
to install. The new version mostly fixes issues introduced with version
2.0. It also installs some new sounds which illustrate the capabilities
of the new oscillator models in the user library folder. A detailed
list of changes can be found in a document called Change Log.pdf within
the Documentation folder.
Some Virus TI 2.0.2 changes include:
- VC: Using global section locking popup menu causes
crash [fixed]
- VC: Clock does not sync at 48kHz until tempo is
changed [fixed]
- VC: Crash caused by context menu [fixed]
- VC: warning/error page has been updated
- VC: "Sections Locked" button does not
disappear [fixed]
- VC: Selecting patches from Search Result loads
wrong [fixed]
- VC: Sometimes switching sample rates in Virus Control would
cause problems
- VC: Receiving an AT message will no longer confuse Virus
Control and cut off notes
- VC: Parts get pitches, timing moves, notes drop, notes
hang [fixed]
- VC: Aftertouch and other dropped MIDI events are now fixed
- VC: Virus Clock is unrecoverable after using
Freeze [fixed]
- DR: [Mac] Driver caused MIDI server to crash under certain
circumstances
- HI: New Softknob-Names added
- SE: Moving new oscs parameters could result in crash
- SE: TI automatically scans SPDIF input SR and switches in
between 44.1/48k
- IN: Added Ableton Live Remoteset and helpers
