TC-Helicon VoiceLive News: NAMM 2012 introduces two new products from TC Helicon that offer vocalists and singing guitarists complete control over their vocal and guitar sound on stage or in the studio.
VoiceLive Play and VoiceLive Play GTX
The new additions to the VoiceLive range are the Play and the Play GTX floor effects units. The Play version offers the vocalist perfect harmonies and pitch correction, vocal effects, eq and compression - all in a compact floor pedal. Drawing on years of vocal processing expertise, TC have produced an affordable, but very comprehensive vocal tool with lots of new features.
The GTX version has all of the functionality of the standard Play version, but adds guitar effects and intelligent vocal harmonies based on the guitar input signal. Designed for acoustic and electric guitars, the effects engine gives all the control you would expect with the usual arsenal of guitar effects and amp modelling.
Common to both units are genre selection - giving access to killer tones immediately, looping, aux input for backing tracks with a voice-cancelling function, remote control with the MP-75 microphone, and USB connectivity for audio streaming to and from your DAW.
Due to ship soon, the new VoiceLive pedals are set to make getting "that" vocal sound a breeze, letting you concentrate on your performance.
