The Behringer Eurolive B212XL PA Speaker features a 800-Watt 2-Way System with a 12" Woofer and 1.75" Titanium Compression Driver.
The Behringer Eurolive B212XL loudspeakers take everything musicians love about the original B212 loudspeakers and upgrade them with the same bass and treble/mid transducers found in our wildly popular B212A active version for even better sound and power handling. And with integrated overload protection circuitry, they arrive ready to push it to the limit without putting their high-or low-frequency drivers in danger.
Big here, small there, lots of this, light on that—everyone's got their preferences, but the Behringer Eurolive B212XL has proportions we can all agree upon. These loudspeakers pack a clean, punchy wallop (and can handle up to 800 Watts), they are easy to lift by their recessed handles (24 lbs) and are available at insanely low prices. Who wouldn't want to hook up with one of these beauties?

Superb quality speakers, great value and I would highly recommend then to any serious sound engineers, don't be blinded by names - use your ears.
OK, THE TRUTH ... ? The extreme buzzing experienced when first connected to my amp, soon disappeared when I realised I had left unconnected input cables ..... Duh .... ! Plugging in my Yamaha CS2X synth with the same treble / bass amp settings, produced particularly higher bass and treble response than my current speaker - the same went for the vocals, and I would guess it would be for the drum machine and guitars too. This is for home use primarily, but wanted a speaker that would be ok in a small gig setting - yet to do. I find the size great for limited space, and I can see the extra input for a further speaker would be useful.I think the price is ok - we all want to pay less and it is a long time since I 'bought' speakers ( home made cabs with Mackensie speakers in 1980 !!! ), so cannot give a realistic view on that one. If my house was bigger, I would buy another one if that helps. Dan T Cheltenham England
