The PEAVEY UL 118 PASSIVE PA SUBWOOFER is a powerful 15" sub, ideal for permanent installation, clubs, mobile discos and bands.
Built in the UK from strong, lightweight poplar ply, finished in 'Hammer Head' polyurea coating and feauring Peavey's Black Widow Sub-bass driver, the Peavey UL 118 is built for the most demanding professional applications.
The switchable frequency crossover allows the UL 118 to be run with dedicated amplifiers for the treble and bass drivers making them highly efficient and focussed at high volume levels. The Sub sonic filter removes frequencies that the cabinet cannot reproduce thus preventing damage to the voice-coil ensuring years of reliable use.
The PEAVEY UL118 is capable of handling a very healthy 500 Watts RMS and features an impressive frequency response from 50hz to 300Hz, plus efficiency of 98db (1Watt 1M). This is a highly capable system.
