How it works -
On the day of your delivery, you will receive a free SMS text message giving you a one-hour time slot during which your parcel should be delivered. If the time slot allocated to you is not convenient, you can simply text back with an alternative delivery date.
Please note the following:
1. Applies to UK deliveries only
2. This service requires you to input your mobile phone number correctly at the point of ordering

Those who have ordered with DV247.COM previously will know that our service has always guaranteed that an in-stock web order placed before midday will be shipped on the same date and delivered the following working day.
Now, working closely with our logistics and delivery partners, we can offer that very same delivery commitment to any UK orders placed before 2pm – now you can chew your purchasing decisions over on your lunch break and get back to the daily grind with something to look forward to!

For UK orders, provided that the entire contents of your order are in-stock and ordered before 2pm (14:00 GMT), it will be dispatched on the very same day (please note that delivery during busy periods can be within two working days). However, orders placed after 2pm (14:00 GMT) on Fridays or over the weekend are processed the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Non-UK orders are usually dispatched one day later.

BFPO addresses
We cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses as our courier does not ship to BFPO addresses. An alternative to this is to use the standard or residential shipping address and the correct country, and be charged the full shipping cost.
How much does shipping cost?
We strive to provide you with the best possible delivery service throughout the UK, mainland Europe and the rest of the world. As part of this we offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £149.
To help us provide you with this service we use DPD Courier Services. Our base delivery rates are as follows:
- Great Britain and Isle of Man (excluding Channel Isles) - Charge is £6(including VAT) and FREE for orders over £149
- France and Germany - Charge is 10 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 299 €
- Republic of Ireland - Charge is 15 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 199 €
- Spain - Charge is 15 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 299 €
- Greece - Charge is 18 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 299 €
- Finland and Italy - Charge is 18 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 399 €
- Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg - Charge is £13.99 including VAT*
- Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Portugal and Sweden - Charge is £15.99 including VAT*
- Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia - Charge is £19.99 including VAT*
- Channel Isles - Charge is £29.95 including VAT*
- Switzerland - Charge is £69.00 excluding VAT
