As part of our merger with retail giant Music Store Professional we have chosen/it has been necessary for us to relocate our logistics centre. This relocation enables us to offer you a huge choice of products from over £25million of stock - many of which are available for same day dispatch if ordered by 2:30pm.
Due to the location of our warehouse we offer a two day delivery service to mainland UK addresses.
For UK orders, provided that the entire contents of your order are in-stock and ordered before 2.30pm (14:30 GMT), it will be dispatched on the very same day. Please note that orders placed after 2.30pm (14:30 GMT) on Fridays or over the weekend are processed the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

BFPO addresses
We cannot currently deliver to BFPO addresses as our courier does not ship to BFPO addresses. An alternative to this is to use the standard or residential shipping address and the correct country, and be charged the full shipping cost.
How much does shipping cost?
We strive to provide you with the best possible delivery service throughout the UK, mainland Europe and the rest of the world. To help us provide you with this service we use UPS Courier Services. Our base delivery rates are as follows:
- Great Britain and Isle of Man (excluding Channel Isles) - £4.99 including VAT and FREE for orders over £99
- France and Germany - 10 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 299 €
- Republic of Ireland - 15 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 199 €
- Spain - 15 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 299 €
- Greece - 30 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 499 €
- Finland and Italy - 18 € including VAT* and FREE for orders over 399 €
- Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg - £13.99 including VAT*
- Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Portugal and Sweden - £15.99 including VAT*
- Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia - £19.99 including VAT*
- Channel Isles - £29.95 including VAT*
