Korg's Mini Kaoss Pad 2 features onboard mp3 playback with adjustable pitch control enabling the creation of DJ style performances. In addition to this the Mini KP2 has inherited powerful effect programs from it's larger siblings the Kaoss Pad 3 and Kaoss Pad Quad, featuring 100 effect programs to create and manipulate your sound as well as enhanced control over parameters thanks to the Value slider and real time touchpad.
The Mini Kaoss Pad 2 also boasts FX Release to provide natural transitions between effects, as soon as you lift your finger from the touchpad FX release will smoothly blend the effect tail into the current track or performance avoiding the abrupt effect dropouts of the past.
The Kaoss Pad Mini 2 also offers a built in speaker, battery operation, all new FX Release, auto BPM detection, an all new Organic Electroluminescent (OEL) display to improve visibility and the option to use a microSD card to save data as well as the ability to record your performance.
