The Yamaha HS80M is a 2-way active monitor speaker, based on the award-winning design of Yamaha's classic NS10M monitor.
The Yamaha HS80M monitor provides a flat and balanced sound to best represent the true sound of the mix so that it will translate well onto other listening mediums. The HS80M features an 8" cone woofer with a 1" dome high-frequency tweeter, offering a 120 watt output.
The HS80M has versatile connections, with both balanced and unbalanced jack and XLR inputs. There's a volume level control as well as options to boost or cut Mid EQ and High Trim, in addition to Room Control frequency reduction and a Low Cut switch. These features all help users to tailor the HS80M to their own preferences and listening environment.
