Starting with the design of TS112W, the Alto Professional team opted for a simple black housing which can be integrated perfectly into any environment. Very stable and robust polypropylene was selected for these reasons, it protects the interior from external influences together with the steel front grille.
The Speaker does not only look good but also makes it easy to operate in any environment. Thanks to the side-mounted handles, this 17kg lightweight can be easily transported and installed, even if the musician or technician is on their own. The box can be lifted easily and be mounted on tripods with the recessed 36mm flange. The Multifunctional housing also allows the use as a floor monitor, as the rear side has been specially beveled for angled positioning.
Whoever needs to reach even higher, can take advantage of the five M10 rigging points, which guarantee additional flexibility even in difficult situations.
As you can see, the housing makes a big difference, making it suited for fixed installations as well as portable systems. Not only bands benefit from TS112W on stage or in rehearsal rooms but also churches, clubs, pubs and many other users who need professional sound.
Certainly a lot of power! All 800 watts are delivered by the internal Class D amplifier, ensuring sufficient output, so that even the back rows are well covered.
Class D amps have the advantage that they weight much less compared to other amps yet are able to achieve higher volumes without overheating at the same time. So the energy efficiency is somewhat higher, while the environment is spared.
With an extensive frequency range of (+ 3dB) 65 Hz - 19 kHz the TS112W is not only suited for all kinds of concerts, but also for speeches, DJs or simple music playback. A 12" woofer delivers rich bass and a 1" tweeter ensures for transparency and clarity in the upper frequency range. The internal EQ can be activated with just the push of a button, which can raise both bass and treble levels simultaneously.
Looking at the back, it quickly becomes apparent that this is no ordinary speaker. Alto Professional provides Bluetooth connections for cordless operation in any environment. The user is able to comfortably transmit music to the Speaker via their smartphone. With two TS112W speakers, one button is enough and the music is distributed to both in stereo. A dedicated volume control is also available.
Naturally, the TS112W also features traditional connectors. The two channels have combo jacks for XLR and jack cables, while an XLR output is available for relaying the signal. Here, too, the volume of the inputs can be adjusted separately using the knob. For more flexibility, there is also the possibility to switch the output between PRE VOL and POST VOL.
