The Apart SDQ5PIR-BL Active Speaker Black is an active loudspeaker designed for professional venue installations. The SDQ5PIR features a 5.25” polypropylene woofer, a 1” tweeter and a 30 watt amplifier. It can be controlled with the included infrared remote control allowing the user to be able to focus on their presentation, rather than worry about the sound system.
The input levels can be gain adjusted and allows a long signal line without interference. There are no ground loop issues with the SDQ5PIR, so when connecting a laptop or projector there will be no intermittent noise. The cabinet is constructed of sturdy ABS plastic and the grille is made of steel, so you can be assured that the system will stand the test of time.
