Description

The Charvel Pro Mod SD1 HH HT Electric Guitar Metallic Black is a 6-string electric guitar, featuring an alder body, a maple neck and fretboard, and a metallic black finish. Combining a versatile tone and an eye-catching style with a breakneck performance and ultra-slick playability, the Pro-Mod San Dimas Style 1 HH HT has been decked out to meet and exceed the expectations of today’s guitarists. Sporting two high-output Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups, this guitar contains a crisp, clear JB bridge pickup and a rich, fat ’59 neck pickup for a robust tone with a highly dynamic articulation and harmonic balance.

The volume control conceals a push/pull coil split to produce even more tonal variations on tap while the No Load tone control operates like a standard tone control from positions one through nine, removing itself from the circuit at position ten for transparent sound, letting the full natural voice of the guitar shine through. You can play with confidence in the guitar’s tuning stability and intonation, thanks to a secure 6-saddle hardtail bridge. The speed neck profile and 12”-16” compound radius fingerboard are designed for high speed playing, unhindered positional shifts and mile-wide upper register bends without fretting out.
