The Neova by Enhancia is a performance controller that is worn on the finger like a ring and transmits gestures. Enhancia Neova is equipped with various precision sensors that generate a series of commands (gestures!) that are transmitted via the Hub to other instruments including a DAW via USB or MIDI. Using the free Dashboard software, up to 16 presets can be created and stored in the Hub. Data and power are loaded into the ring while it sits in the hub's tray. Once the presets are transferred to the hub, the ring can be reprogrammed with a different function at the touch of a button. The controller, which comes with eight different ring sizes, derives corresponding commands from the Tilt, Pan, Roll and Vibrato gestures, which can be assigned to any parameters in the software. Opening the filter of a synthesizer with a wave of the hand and simultaneously changing the transposition by tilting it forward; Neova grants a completely new articulation with sounds and synthesis in general.
