The CBS9008 offers two boom arms on one three legged base and is therefore an elegant solution for space-saving in large set-ups. The cymbal is quickly and easily brought the desired position with help from the rapid clamping system. When required the boom arms can be telescopically sunken into the stand.
This is one heavy stand so by definition it is rugged and rock solid I have just positioned a 20" ride low down near to the floor tom and one 18" Crash high over the medium Tom easy to adjust and with the locking memory screws allow you to remember every time you set up just where to set the arms. What they didn't tell you is that there is also a clamp at the top of the bass section that allows you to add a spare straight top section from another stand, so now I have a splash cymbal between the two on the stand. Three cyms on one stand now that's impressive. Well done Fame another successful bit of kit.
