Fame DD-ONE Professional XT: Professional Sounds from Cologne in the revised module

The majority of the samples on the Fame DD-ONE Professional XT E-Drum Set module were recorded and developed in a Cologne recording studio. Subsequently, the extensive library has been perfected in the in-house development department for the module. Thus, there are 554 sounds with precise dynamics on the module, it is offered an extensive selection for professionals. If you connect a USB stick, you have the possibility to load up to 99 of your own WAV samples onto the module. In addition, the module can play up to 99 of your own sequences/tracks via the USB Memory function. 29 kits are pre-stored, but up to 49 additional custom kits can be created. The powerful effects palette offers rich possibilities to modify the sounds according to your own preferences, for example a reverb and a 4-band EQ are installed. The included pads connect to the bottom of the module via a convenient pin connector.

Number one in this price range: Larger pads and high-end sounds

Nowhere else in this price range can you get an electric drum Set with a 12" kick pad and a 12" snare pad. The dimensions of the drum pads were adapted to an acoustic drum kit to achieve the best possible feel. The kick pad has an authentic rebound as known from an acoustic drum. The snare pad, too, with its 12" diameter, allows instant transfer of the movements from acoustic drums to the e-drum set. The four tom pads, at 10" in diameter, offer a high level of functionality and playing comfort. All drum pads of the DD-ONE have two zones, so rim and head can be assigned with separate sounds. The cross-stick function is also practical, the sound module independently recognizes the rim-click technique and reacts with a corresponding sample.

Real hihat stand for authentic Drum performances

The 12" hi-hat pad is mounted on a conventional stand (included). Just like an acoustic set, the hi-hat can be opened and closed with the foot pedal. A mechanical hi-hat with precise triggering (18 combinations) is unique in this price range. The double-braced stand offers sufficient adjustment possibilities and a good transport behavior. The hi-hat pad made of hard rubber is adapted from weight and rebound of a conventional hi-hat, as known from the acoustic drum set. The DD-One module also reproduces beats with precise hi-hat openings extensively. The spring tension of the bass drum pedal can be adjusted and the new mesh heads offer improved rebound.

The drum rack is also robustly constructed and serves experienced drummers with its excellent adjustment options.
