The Fame Hard-Case ABS Deluxe (Electric Bass) is a Hard-Case created from ABS Plastic with a wooden core and upholstered exterior, designed to carry Electric Basses. The Instrument lies well protected on the thick padding with soft plush covering. 2x large Accessory Compartments allow for the transport of small parts such as Cables or Tuners, and the Case can be locked during transportation.

I don't know why affordable cases manufacturers don't think in feet/pads for vertical storage because 99% of the case users store them vertically. Due to the ABS lateral protections, this case can be stored vertically, and 99% of case users store them that way.
For basic storage and occasional travels, this case is perfect (ABS cases are more scratch-resistant and light than the wood ones). The latches are not so strong and tight as the TSA ones, and the cover needs to fit with the case body before using the latches. The simple lock can be opened with any other basic case lock key but it's enough to avoid accidental openings.
If you need to travel a lot with your bass, I recommend the ABS case with TSA latches.
