The Fame Practice Pad Stand Black is a black practice pad stand, 8mm threaded, with a 3-legged base, and height adjustable from 50-80cm. The Fame Practice Pad Stand can be adjusted in height and angle, allowing your practice pad to be optimally positioned in front of your body. By loosening or tightening each screw, adjustments can be made instantly. When not in use, the practice pad stand can be folded to a minimal size and stowed in the included storage bag.

Do make sure to check the practice pad fits the 8mm mount though, not all of them do !
I bought this stand in combination with a practice drum pad.
Fairly low level stuff but want to make sure that I can get into drumming before committing any real dosh.
It's well made for the price and is working well for me with the practice pad.
You will want to make sure that it has the correct size thread (8mm) if you are buying it seperately to use with other equipment.
